These oats are the best I have ever eaten and I can be sure that they are gluten free since the owners have an allergy to gluten as I do. I like to add coconut oil to them as they cook, as well as butter and pure vanilla extract. When I serve them, I add Ceylon cinnamon and cardamon, sliced almonds, blueberries or raspberries in the bowl and yummy, they are delicious!!
