Terms of Purchase
Purchaser must inspect and notify GFO, Inc. or any issues with product, in writing, within 14 days of receipt. Failure to inspect and/or failure to notify within this time will automatically waive all claimant rights.
If GFO, Inc., accepts the claim as valid, its liability shall be limited to the purchase price actually paid for product giving rise to said claim. Claimant rights applies only to original purchaser of product. Claimant rights extend only to typical, industry standard, objective product evaluation criteria.
GFO, Inc. will not be responsible or held liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, or incidental loss or damage, even if notice occurs within calendar 14 days of Receipt of Product. All claims shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming in effect at time of product receipt. Receipt of Product occurs when Purchaser receives delivery of product.
Receipt of Product by Purchaser constitutes acceptance of these terms. Seller retains lien ownership of Product until payment terms satisfied in full.

To protect the security and integrity of your information, we will also verify your identify before granting access or making corrections. What information do we collect?
When you order from us, we collect your name, address, e-mail address, phone number and credit card number (with expiration date). We also gather information on the person who will receive any gift you send (e.g., that person's name and address) and retain a record of your purchases. If you are a registered user and have signed in when you enter this information, it is automatically saved in your Address Book for your reference.
At Checkout, we collect the above information, as well as a billing and shipping address. If you are a registered user and have signed in before entering that information, it will be automatically saved in your Profile.
When you request to be on our mailing list (for e-mail or regular mail), we collect your name, address, e-mail address and phone number. This information will not be shared any other companies.
When you submit a question to customer service, we need your e-mail address to respond, and you also may provide us with various types of information to allow us to answer your question.
Due to customs and other limitations, we only able to ship to US 48 addresses at this time. *Free shipping offers apply to US48 Ground shipping only.
Unless rare issues arise due to unforeseen circumstances (out of stock, weather, other issues beyond our control), your order will ship from our warehouse, or from other locations, within 5 business days of payment, usually much faster. We will endeavor to notify you of shipping delays, and give you the opportunity to continue wait for the product to ship, or refund your order.
Does GFO Inc. or any of its companies use "Cookies"?
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and GFO Inc. and its companies / Gluten Free Oats, LLC / GF Harvest, LLC / Canyon Oats reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including after an order has been submitted).

As a family with celiac disease, our guarantee is to provide customers with Certified Gluten Free products. If you have received an incorrect item or you have had a gluten reaction to our products, we will refund or replace your order. Refunds and replacements are only issued for the product purchase price; we must be notified within 14 days from the date of receipt.
Our Allergen Statement
All GF Harvest, LLC brand items are free from the top 8 allergens which includes: dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, soy, and wheat. Containment from other allergens are explicitly not warranted.
Some Canyon Oats brand cups contain nuts. The Canyon Oats brand cups that contain nuts are processed in an isolated facility and on a completely different equipment line than GF Harvest products.
We proudly practice minimal processing of our GF oats to preserve the natural flavor. For this reason, there may be an occasional gluten free seed in this product. If you have questions, please call us to discuss your order.
