GF Harvest Organic Rolled Oats - Gluten-Free - 2 Lb Bag - Case 2

Ever since I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease thirteen years ago, I thought I would never be able to eat oats again. Your oats are so good that I have to eat them every day! I have been introducing my friends to it who are not even celiac but love them too!

I need to eat gluten free and organic due to allergies, and these oats have made my breakfasts a wonderful part of my day (and they make amazing cookies too - even my gluten-eating husband will eat my gluten free oatmeal cookies!). Thanks for such a great product!!

Not only do I NEVER get sick eating the oats, they're easy/quick to cook, and are of the highest quality!

GF Harvest offers the only gluten free AND allergy free oatmeal on the market, plus it's also organic. Not only is it healthy, but it's also safe for our allergies and celiac disease, and it's delicious! This is a win-win situation!!! I mix the oatmeal into gluten-free cookie batter with an extra egg. It makes cookies taste better and they tend to hold together, which is a big deal with gf baking.

I have used the oats grown and produced by GF Harvest oats (previously doing business as Gluten Free Oats, LLC) for almost three years. Since early 2012, I use the organic variety of the product. This product is a gem; there's nothing like it on the market. I have absolutely no doubt that growing and producing a product like the organic GF oats requires a vigorous quality control from phase A to Z, which will inevitably increase the production cost, and frankly, the GF Harvest products price is very reasonable for the quality they offer. Mixing the organic GF Harvest oats or the corresponding oat flour in a variety of healthy recipes make the gluten free diet a delightful experience. I have gluten allergy, my husband doesn't. But thanks to GF Harvest oats and oat flour and all the healthy goodies that one can make from these fresh and good tasting products, he was encouraged to switch to a gluten-free diet. And beyond question, the general health and level of energy of both of us has noticeably improved. I do hope that the people who are growing and producing this great product continue with their excellent quality control.
