    The best got even better!

I've been a major fan of the regular (non-organic) groats for a while, then decided to try the organic last time I ordered. I don't know if there's updated processing or what, but these not only taste even better than the (terrific!) non-org groats, but I don't recall encountering any of the somewhat annoying hulls this time around --which i considered the only drawback of groats. These are incredible! That wonderful tender, toothsome crunch, clean oat flavor, & best of all, no hint whatsoever of gluten contamination...& my stupid system reacts violently to apparently molecular amounts. Only downside is how much willpower it takes to not snarf them down at every meal. They're great as breakfast with honey & dried fruit, side dish with butter (or non-dairy sub for dairy-intolerant folk like me) & herbs, dessert with maple syrup, brown sugar & raisins (like rice pudding, only better), anytime just straight up. If you have a rice cooker use brown rice setting; very handy, especially if it has a timer. I realize this sounds like a paid advert (it's not), but YOWZA these are absolutely fantastic!
