Rolled Oats - Organic - Gluten-Free - 2 Lb Bag - Case 2

I loved the product itself but the product plus shipping is 20 dollars for a bag of oatmeal. I would buy it every two weeks if it was less expensive or available at my local health food store:-)

I've been eating gluten free for almost a decade and my oatmeal/granola loving husband was thrilled to find organic GF oats from GF Harvest online. The non-organic GF oats we'd been eating were roasted, so the flavor difference is a bit of an adjustment. But not a big deal. Though I'm pleased with the light, rolled oats for oatmeal, I LOVE this product for homemade granola. We've been reading about pre-soaking our grains, with some whey, before cooking and have been doing that for the last few weeks. These make a smooth and creamy, soaked oatmeal. My bottom line though is that I'm so happy to eat GF oats that are ORGANIC. Too often I'm sacrificing my preference for consuming organic foods and supporting organic farmers for my gluten sensitivity. No sacrifice here! Thank you GF Harvest. Your product is great. My local food co-op in northern MN can't get your products through their distributors. Though I will pay for having these shipped to me, I hope your distribution network can expand a bit as I bet there are plenty of GF people out there who would also prefer an organic option. Ordering directly from your website has been simple and delivery has been quick. My only tiny bit of negative feedback is the similarity in packaging between your organic and non-organic products. The only difference is a sticker and it would be nice for a more obvious difference. (My first experience with GF Harvest was via Amazon and that is where a more obvious difference would really help. Now I order directly from you.)

If you like making your own granola to avoid store bought brands that may contain wheat, then make your next batch of granola with these gluten free hearty oats. They aren't flaky and dry like canned oats. They are rolled flat, and have big texture and taste. The 2lb bag is just the right size for a batch of granola that will last about 2 months. And makes plenty of extra that I can share with friends who don't have time to make their own granola, but eat gluten free. Where and how our food is grown is key to our health. Thanks GF Harvest for giving us the choice. Try these oats, you'll love them!

I use the organic gluten free oats for energy bars. They are truly the best I have found. Although I am a small business, the bars sell well, are highly nutritious, and gluten free. Thanks for a great product.
