Our mission has always been simple: Make safe, high-quality gluten free oats - nothing else.
As the first dedicated gluten free milling manufacturer in North America, GF Harvest has been a pioneer in dedicated gluten-free oat production for over 23 years.

We value food safety and transparency through every step of our process.
Beginning in Powell WY with a small 4-H project to mill oats that would be safe for people with Celiac Disease, GF Harvest has developed strict standards to maintain the quality and safety of our oats.
If you haven't heard of it, Celiac disease is a serious autoimmune disease where the ingestion of gluten causes damage to the small intestine. Celiacs often cannot risk ingesting even 20 parts per million glutenous content without suffering side effects.
This is important to note because 20 parts per million is the threshold for gluten free labelling approved by the FDA... which means that even many 'gluten free' products may not be safe for everyone.

We mill our oats in our own family run facility located in Powell, WY, near Yellowstone National Park, and source from local farmers.
Growing Under Dale's Leadership
In 2020, GF Harvest came under Dale's leadership, continuing the company's commitment to gluten free oats through our Purity Protocol while investing in our facility, equipment, and grower relationships.
